Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Beacon Conway Spray Foam Insulation website and any work you hire us to do. When you browse our website, call us, send the contact form or book a job, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or book work through it. A signed estimate or contract for your job takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ, because it covers the details of your house.
What we do
Beacon Conway Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor based in Conway, AR. We insulate attics, walls, crawl spaces and basements with spray foam and blown-in insulation, which is loose fill blown through a hose. We also remove old insulation, do air sealing, which closes gaps before insulating, and install vapor barriers.
The service descriptions on this site are general. What we'll actually do at your house is what's written in your estimate. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Estimates and pricing
We give free in-person estimates with no pressure and no obligation. Your price depends on things we check on site, such as the size of the space, how much insulation is already up there, whether old material has to come out first and how much sealing the house needs.
An estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit. Once the job is open, we sometimes find soaked or contaminated insulation, droppings, damaged framing or wiring problems that weren't visible before. If that happens, we stop and tell you what we found, and we won't do or charge for extra work until you approve it.
An estimate stays good for the period written on it. After that, material costs and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it before we start.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material delays, illness or an earlier job that runs long can push a date back, and when that happens we'll contact you as soon as we know and set a new time.
On the day of the work, please give our crew clear access to the attic hatch, crawl space entry or other work areas, and keep kids and pets out of the way. After spray foam work, we'll give you a re-entry time, which is when it's okay for you, your family and your pets to come back inside. Please follow it, because returning early is your choice and your risk.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us at (501) 273-0205 or reach us through the contact page as early as you can. If your written agreement includes a deposit or ordered materials, the cancellation terms in that agreement apply.
Payment
Payment is due as stated in your estimate or contract, including any deposit and the final balance. We'll tell you which payment methods we accept before the job starts, so there are no surprises at the end.
If a balance goes unpaid past its due date, we may stop work, add the late charges allowed in your agreement and use the collection steps Arkansas law allows. If you have a question about a bill, call us before the due date and we'll go through it with you.
Warranties and what we can't promise
If you aren't satisfied with our work, tell us and we'll work with you to make it right. Any specific written warranty on materials or workmanship is the one stated in your contract, and material makers' warranties come from the makers under their own terms.
We can't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature upstairs, because those depend on your house, your HVAC system, the weather and how you use the house. Outside of what's written in your contract, and to the extent Arkansas law allows, we don't give any other warranties, including implied warranties.
The information on this website is general and offered as is. It's meant to help you understand the work, not to replace an inspection of your house.
Limits on our liability
We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind the work we do. To the extent Arkansas law allows, Beacon Conway Spray Foam Insulation isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room or lost income, arising from the website or our work.
We also aren't responsible for problems that existed before we arrived and weren't part of the job, such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pest damage or wiring we weren't hired to fix. Our total liability on a job won't be more than the amount you paid us for that job, unless the law requires otherwise.
Settling a disagreement
If something isn't right, please call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly when we can come back out, look at the job and talk it through with you.
If we can't settle it that way, these terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any legal case goes to a court in Arkansas with the authority to hear it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. A change doesn't alter an estimate or contract you've already signed, unless we both agree to it in writing.
How to reach us
If you have a question about these terms or about your job, call Beacon Conway Spray Foam Insulation at (501) 273-0205 or send us a message through our contact page. We respond within 1 business day.
